The founder
Founder & Programme Director
Andrea founded Acrobatic after thirty years leading complex, high-risk change across the private and public sectors. He has run multi-vendor, on-, near- and offshore programmes at the scale of 120 markets and around two thousand users, operating at CFO, Group Finance Director, CTO and ministerial level.
His work spans ERP, planning and analytics, and finance operating models, and is trusted in regulated and politically sensitive environments. Most recently it has turned to the practical application of AI to finance and programme delivery.
